Program may be good but app falls flat
As a new program participant, I’m really disappointed in the app experience. It’s buggy, not very intuitive to navigate and lacking critical features. I think this app could be such a game changer if done right, but instead it’s a constant check the box. Please fix the UX, train up the AI & make it easier to see total health picture at once.

App "upgrade " has made user experience much worse
Haven’t been able to use the app
Terrible app
This app is terrible. It feels like they had a AI prompt make it, and never bothered to have a human check that it functioned properly. There are so many basic considerations it does not include. Tap in the wrong place and you lose your meal scan before it registers. You can’t access the meal prep you made on the website (at least not in an intuitive way). The shopping list is buggy- you can’t find the list for a specific week (it appears to list anything you ever picked) and it won’t correlate the same ingredients into one item, so you have 10 different items that are just “pink salt” for example. I made a weekly plan, only to discover it included foods the program, itself, says I should be eating, even though it should know that based on my profile. These are the ones that stick out, but it just comes across as an app they never bothered to play-test. The experience sucks.

App has a bug on iPhone 17 Pro Max
This app has a serious bug on iPhone 17 Pro Max: when looking at a recipe you are prevented from dismissing it and returning to the previous screen (through a pulldown action). You have to manually terminate the app and reopen it after looking at a recipe in order to continue using the app. Some basic features like copying a saved meal plan to your days are either missing or hard to use.
