Don’t put money into this site. I waited days for a withdrawal that never came. The live support will give you every excuse they can think of to keep you waiting. The site is set up so you have to wait long periods for a withdrawal that will never come just for you to go back and put the money into your account funds so you spend what you win.
I gave up and spent it on a random slot and deleted the app.

This is easily the worst sports book I’ve used. I see lots of weird reviews on many books about “took deposit, went missing” or “never received withdrawal.” Mostly all unbelievable but this book limits all your live plays…try to place simple $25 wagers and it’s LIMITED…..talk about zero exposure. Lines generally suck, markets generally suck and the wager limits are unfathomable….millions of other options. Only benefit is if you love CC deposits for some reason, they go through. Otherwise STAY AWAY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Very easy to deposit but when it comes withdrawing money it takes ages and forces you to go through identity verification which most of the time doesn’t work.

My ID verification has been pending for six days and I still have not received any result or meaningful update. After I sent an email asking for an update on my verification status, they immediately closed my account without providing any explanation or reason. When I contacted their customer service to ask why my account was closed, this was the response I received from them:
We have made a business decision to close your account with us. While it’s rare that we do this, we think it’s in the best interest of you and us to do so. It feels as if our service is unable to meet your expectations so rather than continuing to frustrate you, we feel this is the better approach. Section 5.6 of our Terms of Service gives us the right to close your account without explanation, but we wanted to at least let you understand the reason above.

My experience with this casino has been extremely disappointing.
There was absolutely no issue when I deposited money into my account. However, the moment I tried to withdraw my winnings, I was suddenly asked to complete identity verification.
I submitted everything they requested, including my driver’s license and a selfie, and then waited an entire week for a response. After making me wait that long, they simply sent me an email saying that my account had been closed.
The most frustrating part is that they never explained why my account was closed. No reason, no evidence, no clear explanation—just an email telling me my account was gone.
If there was a genuine issue, they should at least tell customers what it is. Closing an account without providing any explanation after keeping someone waiting for a week is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency and respect for customers.

Long Withdrawal times bad customer service
The site functions well overall, but the withdrawal process is far too slow. It's been over 48 hours since I requested my withdrawal, and it's still showing as "In Review" with the option to cancel it still.
When I contact customer support, all they tell me is that it's under review and they understand my frustration, but they don't provide any meaningful updates or a timeline.
It's never a good look when a company can accept deposits instantly but takes days to process withdrawals. Faster and more transparent payouts would make for a much better experience in my opinions.
