I’ve been using this App for many years and just wanted to give some appreciation. Still the best for quick notes. Much thanks to the dev team!
No in-app purchases, actual normal person sane design
That’s it. I don’t want a “premium plan,” on my notes app. I don’t want to use software that invariably crashes when I try to resize a sticky note. I don’t want a built-in chatbot generative AI.
This app is somehow the only program in the entire iOS App Store that fulfills all three.

I never review anything
I’ve been using this app for about 5 years instead of the normal notes app. It’s been absolutely game changer. It’s quick. Simple and doesn’t take up a crazy amount of storage. It’s made my life a lot easier and I like being able to open a new section so easily. Thank you guys for making this app!
No undo or redo feature
Unfortunately, the lack of an undo or redo feature means this app is unusable for me as a note taking app. This may not be an issue on desktop or if Cntrl+Z is available, however this unfortunately is not the case on Ipad. If there is such a feature on Better Notes that I have somehow missed then please inform me & I shall update my review accordingly.

Really quick!
This is a great app because of how simple it is! You open it write your note and boom done! And if you feel like you need a bit of organisation the #tagging system is so perfect! I love this and it’s so useful for jotting down writing ideas, appointment information and any other info I need to get down on a page quickly! I’ve had it for ages and tried heaps of different note taking apps but I keep coming back to Better lol. Thanks for all the hard work on this app!

It’s good but needs passcode lock. Someone requested it 6 years ago and they haven’t implemented it yet, but one can hope.

I’ve been looking for this exact app for years!!!! I love making notes on the fly for just random thoughts as I listen to podcasts and books while driving. This is perfect, just give me a quick and easy window to enter my thought and then throw it on a list I can scroll through later and make connections between thoughts.
One request, PLEASE make a widget so I can start a not with a single click (I know it’s only 2 clicks now, but 1 right on the app screen would be perfect!)

Used to love this
I used to love this app, but now that there is apparently no support, of course I have a major problem with nowhere to turn. All I can say, is save a copy of your notes somewhere else in case you inadvertently delete a note or the whole app.
Lost years of notes
I had stupidly save precious notes from my grandmothers funeral and had diligently backed everything from this app up to my iCloud so that I had two places the data was saved.
Now I can’t access my notes. I’ve contacted the developer over and over with no answer and I’ve tried Apple but they say the only way to get the back up is from better notes app. Definitely not worth the pain and suffering.

I had tried many apps, but the power of this app contrasted with it’s simplicity is incredible.
Buggy
Initially I like the concept.
No app support/contact info available.
User guide gives only some brief info.
Spot for archived notes, but no way to archive.
Save to pdf shuts down app/ a bug.

Amazing Note Taking App.
The UI is very simple, if I come up with an idea, 2.3 seconds later it’s down on my phone.
It’s that simple to turn on my phone, open the app, and write it that quick. No unnecessary tapping, straight to the note taking. Brilliant UI. So simple.
I seriously recommend writing down all your ideas on here it’s so simple.

I absolutely love this app. I’ve been using it for some time to quickly write down my ideas or create to do list on the go. I love the ability to create hashtags so I can organize my notes by categories.
Although I love this app I believe it can be better. Is it possible to have our hashtags organized in albums instead of list? I believe this would make it easier to navigate through the app. Currently it just feels like a endless list with a never ending bottom. So it can be overwhelming to sort out. I also think having a feature to change the background color of our notes would be amazing and another great way to organize related notes. For example being able to make all my #ToDo notes green. Then be able to view by color.
Again thank you for creating such an amazing app. It’s honestly the best mobile notes app in my opinion and I hope my suggestions are able to help improve it.

The best reminder app
This is a simple solution for reminders. I have been using this app as a main option for my family appointments because I can attach files, photos, assign tags and search keywords with one click. It’s very efficient and quick to use app.
Too much clutter from their instructions
There are at least 5 notes with pictures and instructions that make this note app impossible. There should be an EASY way to delete them but they can’t be deleted.
If I want a note app where the developer has a bunch of notes on how to use it and ugly photos, it’s absolutely useless. I’m dumping this app. Why should I be sick written 5 boxes with pictures of things like tennis shoes if it’s my app. If there’s a way to get rid of them, I’ve tried darn near everything. Is this the developer’s ad that never goes away. It’s hideous!!!!
