This company is a joke! If someone would actually get back to me sooner than THREE WEEKS is what it has been now then maybe I would consider deleting this review, I have literally been in TEARS unable to do my job and so frustrated I want to throw my computer at the wall if you don’t have this don’t even consider unfortunately I am not the one who made the decision in my company to use this platform it’s absolutely horrible and it will ruin your work life!!!! Don’t do it!!!!

Why hasn’t this been fixed...
Totally useless. Won’t work on iPhone. Especially if you don’t allow access to contacts. My iPhone contacts are NOT my business contacts and I don’t want them mixed. This should be fixed to work without giving permission to my phone’s contact list. I can’t believe it’s not been updated with as many bad reviews as this app has. Don’t you want to support your customers?

Constant problems
All I experience with this app is problems. And then the people just tell me to restart the app. I shouldn’t have to restart the app multiple times a day
Almost Functional
The app constantly freezes requiring that the user close and then open the app. If it didn’t happen very often then it wouldn’t be that big a deal but it happens all the time.
On top of that better voice just isn’t set up that well. Messages that you send out are always displayed as unread which is supper annoying. Messages are always grouped by time arrived and sent and can’t be grouped by contact. These two things make the whole system very messy.
And I could go on. In short better voice should remove the word “better” from the title because there’s nothing better about it.
