Not what it should be
The main issue is having NO push notifications for text messaging. Beyond that the app is limited and in that you can’t tap on a contact to see what property they are connected to, what notes you’ve made on the contact, etc
Need for Android also
My iPhone team likes app.
My members with Androids can’t use it.

I’ve dealt with support many times. App doesn’t refresh real time & requires me to close & reopen app. We’ve been getting failed app outbound text message calls. Historically we haven’t been able to answer phone calls. This company has so much potential, make no mistake. Seems like they put a lot of effort into affiliate deals with real estate investors instead of rolling the $ into software. go elsewhere.

App won’t set up
Any reason why my app won’t open for its first install? I’ve sent you all a message and nothing. I need help with this ASAP. Using IPhone 12
No Push Notifications
I’m about to lose a deal because of how unresponsive this app has caused me to be... Sellers don’t want me to reply 4 hours later, they want an immediate LIVE reply, and when there’s no push notifications, a LIVE reply would require me being glued to my Profit Dial screen (not practical). Time kills all deals.
Also, when there’s history of a certain PD number used in an initial outbound text or call, then that number should be the DEFAULT number used for all future texts/calls, but instead, your app currently forces me to manually re-select that initial number used, and if I forget to make that re-selection, it confuses the Seller and makes me look bad.
I’m happy to update to a 5-star rating once these critical issues are resolved.
