I like that they give you a lot of time to stream when you don’t have to buy for everything, betternet it is reliable
disappointing results for paid service
VPN service is great however paying 13/month for premium and having it randomly disconnects on you at times is very annoying,and then when trying to connect it says “let me try again” and I have to reset the app for it to connect,I tried all the different VPN protocols and it’s the same result

absolutely terrible. can't even connect to the school wifi. coming from a janitor it worked fine for the last week now all the sudden its straight garbage and keeps saying "something went wrong let me try again"

This is annoying
Ok so the free side of the app isn’t bad compared to a lot of other vpns but how can you spam ads non stop everytime I click something, then expect me to pay $20 aud a month if I want to properly use it for Netflix even tho I could pay less for ones like nordvpn?

When it works well its good but when it doesn’t work it just doesn’t connect and some times I can’t connect it for days and i have tried multiple options like logging in turning SIM card off and others so could you fix the problem of not being able to turn the vpn on?
