You stay signed in now BetterW4 used to ask for an emailed verification code almost every time you opened it. That is fixed. Enter the code once and the app tells W4 to trust your phone for 30 days, then keeps your login safely in the iOS Keychain so it can sign you back in on its own whenever W4 ends a session. No more getting dropped on the login screen in the middle of the week. On the rare occasion it does need you, your username is already filled in and a "Use saved password" button is waiting. Up Next widget Add the Up Next widget to your Home screen to see the lesson you are in, or the one coming, with the time left counting down. It reads the timetable the app already loaded, so it uses no extra data and keeps working with no signal. Current lesson on the Lock Screen Turn on "Show current lesson on the Lock Screen" in Settings and the lesson you are in appears on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, counting down to the end of the block. It stays off until you switch it on, because anyone who can see your screen can read it. Also fixed - The app could sign you out seconds after it had just signed you back in. - A storage fault could stop your device from ever being remembered, so a few students were asked for a verification code at every single sign-in.
