Best burger and service
Today was my first time trying Betty’s Burgers from the carousel store. As I am a big eater of fast food, this is the best burger I’ve had in a long time (Noosa Classic Surf with added beetroot and pineapple). I also ordered their onion rings which were so crispy yet the onion was soft. They were so huge and there were lots of them.
Bradley took my order as they were very busy. For someone who is only 16, he was so polite and cheerful. When he smiled at me I could tell it was from his heart as his eyes lit up.
While eating my meal, he was cleaning tables - not just removing rubbish but WIPING THEM TOO! He was even pushing the chairs back in.

App is next to impossible to read
This is about the app not the outlet. The outlet is great and I keep going back!!
But sometimes I think the developers never look at what they produce. In this case the light grey text they use is almost impossible to read. Please fix it.
And. When I tried to lodge this issue on line in their app apparently I don’t know my email address of 30 years! It kept saying it wasn’t valid. But to go and try again you have to start all over again. And I still got the same issue!
Please fix it.

Can’t log in after registering – very disappointing
I signed up for an account with Betty’s Burgers but have been completely unable to log in since. I’ve tried resetting my password, switching devices, and reinstalling the app — nothing works. It just keeps showing an error. Really frustrating experience, especially for new users. Please fix your login system — it’s disappointing not to be able to use the account after registering.

Poor App Functioning
I have had numerous problems with the Betty’s App for a while now. After getting all the way through to the payment screen and selecting a credit card and Betty’s dollars, the App has no final button to complete the order. Deleting and reloading the App makes no difference. Deleting and reloading my payment options now has the App endlessly asking me to load a new card, and will not save any data that I have loaded.

Clunky
My beach club stuff didn’t work for the first few months, now I periodically need to delete and redownload the app because it has issues with the cart. You’d think making these basic ordering apps would be simple since so many have been made by now but there is a still a few here and there that just struggle for whatever reason
