Unreliable app

Sort your app out!! So hard to book! Bugs in the system that won’t let you set a time to book in advance but you can’t book for straight away because there’s never any cars available. Do you want people to use your app or not????

Very unreliable as the app always comes up with unable to make payment when paying by card and after closing the app says you can’t order another taxi despite not having been able to order one other wise would be a perfect app.
