Terrible experiences using this app. Also terrible calling the office and trying to speak with someone. I send several times and was just told to delete the app and start again with no difference. Good fare prices maybe for local rides but disaster otherwise.

They will take your money more than once and then say they haven’t gotten your booking even though they have took double money out of your bank !!! They say it will be refunded but it won’t !! Absolutely joke , DONT ever use this company
