Not connecting to wifi?
To fix your issue, the device is not compatible with 5G Networks so put it on a 4G Wi-Fi and it should work. Figured it was a compatibility issue with mine when setting it up and once i did that, it worked fine. Might he stupid in 2026 but hey, it is what it is. Hopefully this helped!
Shocking app
Love the product, but the app is such a let down. I’ve contacted Beurer H/O customer service and they are equally as useless as the app. They are apparently working on the connecting issues.
Fails to register device
I have a new LR400. Pairing to the app worked fine the first time. Later I turned the device off and then on again, and found that the app could not connect to the device. Pairing again fails too: the device is visible via bluetooth, and clearly on my network responding to pings, but the app never gets past the “Connection to server is being established” stage, and often errors out at the stage.

Sehr schlechte WLAN Verbindung
An und für sich ein schickes Teil, leider verliert das Teil ständig die Verbindung zum Server wo durch die App Steuerung echt sch**** ist. Wer gerne aufsteht und manuell Steuern will kann das tun. Ohne Appsteuerung nicht brauchbar
App Review
I’ve had the Beurer LR 400 Air Purifier for a month. Their product really does work. The app on the other hand is rubbish. There are constant connection issues to either my WIFI or to their server. If you are an app driven person, this product is definitely not for you.
