Terrible App
Doesn’t connect to WIFI. Help desk hasn’t a clue how to resolve the issue. By the look of things this is a long standing issue and is not being attended to by Beurer.

Went connect. Tried, tried and tried again. And why does this app need full location permission?
Simply doesn’t work

The app no longer connects to machines through Bluetooth or WiFi. Filter works fine but can no longer set automatically and have to turn on and off manually.

Update!! Same aside after I change internet providers. Your app needs an update and simplified.

Useless
Totally useless app, will not connect to wifi, tried everything resetting the router, resetting the phone, it just won’t connect the air purifier to the wifi
No WiFi
Will not connect to the WiFi. No point if you cannot control from a remote. Clever packaging, lovely design, just does not do what it states. Really irritating!

Too Expensive Tech - Doesn’t feels like German engineering
The app keeps getting disconnected from the wifi, and I need to restart the app everytime and wait for an eternity for it to start. Heaps of other bugs too, and everytime I use the app’s contact feature it sends an email to a Beurer representatieve in Sydney, who refuses to offer any help.
Worst app
Worked only 3 days. Then log me out and cannot connect to machine.
Blank screen
The app won’t show the main screen. The screen is blank, tried 2 different phones and countless restarts.

Cannot connect to phone
Got this air purifier, tried to connect to phone several times, failed every time. Don’t appear to have help anywhere.
