I really wanted to like this
The app is incredibly slow and buggy. Feels like something out of the 1990s. Every time I want to view a graph, it takes ages and ages for it to load. Sometimes random pieces of data will be missing. Sometimes the time on the graph would stop a few hours short of the current time. If I try to load anything up from a year ago, it simply stays there loading for like 10 minutes, and then… blank. Hygrometer on the device itself reads too high.

Hi, thank you for the feedback! We choose a slower but stable loading for the live connection, the cloud data is available much faster. The missing data on live connection will be fixed on the upcoming app update and the other graph issue is fixed. I suspect that you were not able to view the old data because your air-Q and account were not connected at that point. You can customize and add a variety of different sensors, and you can even purchase a “scientific”model with API access. The application is well-designed, provides optional and free cloud and AI access, and provides home automation-like remote alerts for smoke, fire, and carbon monoxide (plus the sensor can be setup as a local alarm). There were no stability or other issues encountered with the app. Excellent product that ships quickly from Germany and an equally excellent app. Very pleased with this product purchase.

Ich habe keinen Account und will keinen aber die Fehlermeldung Hinweis kann nicht eingeloggt werden taucht nervig immer wieder auf. Wie kann ich die alte wieder installieren?
Kein Landschaftsmodus auf dem IPad
Gute Idee mit viel Raum für Verbesserungen. Auf dem iPad wird leider kein Landschaftsmodus unterstützt und dadurch macht es wenig Spaß die App zu benutzen.
