Love the App but customer service is appalling!
Had trouble accessing the app and every time I emailed I just got a form reply . After trying about 5 times I gave up and didn’t receive my refund as was promised in the email. An actual person may have been able to help me and kept my business! Extremely disappointed as I have recommended the app to a lot of people

You made me spend 15 min answering your stupid questions just to be forced to pay money to actually do anything with it?? Are you serious? Just make the app cost money instead of tricking people into downloading for a paywall, you greedy fools.
