Charging when not supposed to

I thought I canceled it a long time ago. It then tried to charge me anyways. Then when I went to check on why it tried to charge me, it said I didn’t have a subscription. So I couldn’t cancel it? It doesn’t make sense. 0/10 don’t recommend.

This is a scam

I would absolutely not recommend this app. I have cancelled my subscription and continue to get monthly charges. The chat feature is unhelpful, there is no customer service phone number to call, and the email they provide for customer support has not responded.
