Awful cancellation
I reached out to have the app cancelled and now I was charged over 64.00. They don’t refund and I am not going to use it. Beware! Kure was renewed and I don’t know what it is or how to access it.

This company is stealing money from customers by continuing to charge subscription fees after cancellation. They provide ONE place to manage and cancel subscriptions and it is ONE action. The company then tries to tell you that there are different parts of your subscription and you didn't cancel all of them. They then try to say no refunds after 30 days ..... THEN change their tune and offer a partial reimbursement. I've had to bring this to Apple, and the Fraud dept of the US Govt to try and resolve.

Will charge you after canceling
WARNING: You will be charged multiple times even after canceling your subscription. I canceled months ago and was continually being charged 3 separate charges per month since then. I reached out for a refund on this and they refunded me $5 out of $50 that they charged me, saying that’s all they’re responsible for legally. Do NOT do business with them!

SCAM!
I cancelled the subscription very shortly after downloading the app in 2025 and just now got a charge on my card despite never renewing, other people say the same. I’m going to file with my bank because this company is fraudulent.

This app is a scam. I cancelled during the trial as it didn’t do what it advertised and I am still getting charged 2 months later. Emails go unanswered.
Cancel Subscription
I tried to cancel my subscription before the renewal date but it won’t let you. Then it changed me $84.99. It still will not let me cancel and has tried to charge me two more times the next day. It would have went through if I wouldn’t have blocked them from taking payments

Don’t bother! I forgot to cancel and when I did they still took money off me…offered 25% back! I cancelled and it should have stopped straight away…and they should not have taken more money. I actually thought this was a scam I was so shocked!
It’s not an easy app up use…just google everything you need!

Don’t bother
Unable to cancel subscription, unable to contact. Extremely unhappy.

I canceled during free trail & I’ve been charged a random $300+ MONTHS later all in a singular day. They tried using different account names too. Google it. Apparently it’s a common issue..I have also received absolutely nothing from them

When you sign up you are prompted with extra $ just to get through the process and in the end it’s not worth it. There is no proper plan or personalised settings. Not worth the money. So many other better options out there for probably less money and set up issues. I cancelled instantly and they kept taking payment for months afterwards. Absolute scam.
Update: They have responded to me re: payments on this review then email, they offered only 50% refund despite all of the payments being taken after I unsubscribed.

DISHONEST COMPANY
This is not an honest company. I was looking for something to help with meal planning as a working mom, I signed up for a free trial thinking it was all in one app, one dashboard, one subscription like any normal app right? Well after rarely using the app and being disappointed with the lack of variety in meals I unsubscribed (or so I thought, when I went to double check before it charged me there was a big red no longer subscribed click here to resubscribe button) I apparently had 3 other subscriptions I didn’t even know about that I had to email customer service in order to cancel. (again on my app and the website it said I was no longer subscribed to anything or had access to anything.) When I got charged and noticed I immediately emailed and they said it was my responsibility to make sure all were unsubscribed even though I wasn’t even aware!!(Read the fine print ladies and gents) I only got a 25* refund on each of the 3 changes equaling $17 back out of $85 taken from my account and I never even used the program and had already went into my dashboard and the app and made sure I had didn’t have access anymore and everything on my end was unsubscribed. Very very shady and dishonest. BEWARE of this!

Beware
The app worked fine but when I canceled my subscription they continued to take out payments for another 2 months. Sadly I didn’t notice , after a lot of back and forth they finally agreed to repay only the last month. Watch your credit card statement carefully. Learn from my mistake
Not worth any money
Very disappointed in app and 2 months after cancellation I was charged 3 times for supposed purchases I never made and was denied refund!
They will charge you without approval
They will charge you for a membership that you did not sign up for or canceled. Do not sign up for their program. It is all available on YouTube. There’s no reason to sign up for this app. It is a scam. I keep keep getting charged 2-3 month for nothing. I’ve emailed them and they said it was cancelled and I just received a new charge. $89.99 every time. Buyer beware

They charged me for the free trial, be careful, it's best not to use it.
Bad customer service
After 3 days of use I asked for a full refund because the system would keep resetting all my custom input details to a default telling me that instead of loosing the 50 lbs I want, that I should gain weight up to 330.7. The recipes that I wanted kept defaulting removing my custom input answers like what foods I'm allergic to. The company rep Sarah only gave me a 25% refund because she quoted that wasn't a technical problem. Then the company rep Tina said the best they could do was a 50% refund stating I wasn't experiencing a technical problem with their system. So apparently this is just a company who steals money, doesn't stand by their money back refund if it doesn't work, and doesn't actually offer technical help when needed. So very disappointing that I got scammed. Hopefully others will be smarter than me.
