I didn’t achieve my goal in the first 28 days. And the recordings for the next phase 1. assume that you have 2. don’t give you the option to select the narrator. so i’m basically redoing days 1-28 again. yes I am eating less and moving more, but it’s not all it’s advertised to be
Customer service
I had an incredible experience with their customer service! They responded almost immediately, they were compassionate and understanding. And they did all they could and quickly helped resolve my issue. Customer service like this is fundamental and hard to find!
Bathsheba
Signed up, paid, took quiz… only to be told my credentials are not adequate… paid for nothing and no option to cancel or request help.
Money Scam
Downloaded the app and was happy to do the free trial. After realizing this was not for me, I cancelled through Apple settings (like many other subscription based apps). Seemed to work and I thought nothing of it. Realized that I’ve been continuously charged through PayPal for the past year (even though this does not show in my app subscriptions). Finally (hopefully) I’ve been cancelled via email, but I would like a refund for the scam-worthy charges over the past year. This is a dishonest business practice and should be illegal.
