This app is wonderful to keep track of your macros. I’ve been trying to maintain a good level of protein and this has really helped me However. A couch?? Every time they are supposedly available, I get a “ we are napping” quote.
I have never had ANY direction or help.

Combines useful tools in one app
I’ve used OMO for two years and like that I can track food (including scanning and nutrient breakdown), set quotas for calories, fats, protein, add in exercises or use the OMO designed exercises, and also set fasting timers. I’ve not used the weight-loss course. It has been easy to use and combines all that I need into a single app.

Love the App but customer service is appalling!
Had trouble accessing the app and every time I emailed I just got a form reply . After trying about 5 times I gave up and didn’t receive my refund as was promised in the email. An actual person may have been able to help me and kept my business! Extremely disappointed as I have recommended the app to a lot of people

I enjoy using the app, but there’s way too many messages. Once I get done with the classes, which I have, I’d prefer to just be contacted once a week

Makes you do a whole quiz and then makes you pay in the end.

The food log is great, allows for easy calculations on calories. However, it only tracks steps, not other exercise, so there is a huge gap there. The education tips are good. The final piece is that they calculate when you get to your goal weight - and then WANT MORE MONEY for you to continue the program - that sucks - I won’t renew my purchase.

Frequently wrong
This app has potential. However, after two weeks of using it, I am noticing that scanning barcodes to log food for meals frequently gives me more calories than what is printed on the package. I keep double and triple checking the serving sizes thinking maybe that’s where the problem is but more than half the time, when I scan the barcode, the calories entered in the app are at least 10 calories more for the same serving size. This could potentially be dangerous for a number of reasons. I pre-paid for three months so I think I will continue to use it for that amount of time, but once my subscription is up I will not be renewing.

Great product
Omo is easy to use on a daily basis and covers all the bases. The different methods of imputing meals data is easy to use take a photo scan a barcode or type it in manually and save to favourites if you eat it often. The fasting is a game changer and taught me why and how to work with my body and not against it specifically (Fast like a girl helped too). There is no phone customer service this can get confusing and complicated. I’ve been using fasting and meals sections for 5 months and I have seen some improvement in health and some weight loss. More importantly it helped me learn what my body needs nutritionally and what is too much even of the good stuff. Best rounded method I’ve seen so far for gradually changing my life style for the better. The workouts section is fantastic. I waded my way into it over time and now I can do the minimum every day and am almost ready to challenge myself further. The menu and recipies are good options but I would like to have more say in how I create the menu for my specific food sensitivities. I.e no capsicum or black beans, or yes to goat no to cow. It does give good dairy,gluten-free and vegan options if you need which is great. In the latest update the workout videos glitch and the app closes randomly which can disrupt flow. Hopefully they fix this in the next update

Missing the AI Coach
I signed up for the year, admittedly at a reduced price. Since then I had no access to the Coach, but every day I keep being told that the Coach missed me, but if I clicked on it, I was told the Coach was having a power nap and to check back later. This Coach sleeps a lot!!
Serious Results
I love this app, it has multiple functions that make tracking my eating and wellness easy. It’s affordable and easy to use!
Lost data
Adequate for the purpose of tracking macros, calories and timing of fasting periods. But the app lost all my weight loss data over a 10 months period. It could not be restored and since then every once in awhile it loses my tracking data and restarts the graphs. I’m running out my prescription. There are no humans to interact with. Even help seems AI powered. Could be so much better supported.

It has a horrible food search. I mean HORRIBLE. I hate it. You can’t complete the WO task unless you do theirs. LAME. The other stuff is repetitive and treats you like you are stupid. I love the food scanning thing except most calories are incorrect. Quantities are hard to adjust to get the correct calories. Someone needs to go in there and delete or FIX all the manual entries. So many people input incorrect information and make it much harder to input food. Probably switch to the AI Food tracking app that kid put together. Hopefully it will be much smarter.

This app does not let you add other activities like it says it should. It’s expensive and only good for food tracking.

Good short term weight loss but no support for maintenance. Coach helpful when available but absent most of the time. No editing capability when you want to change goals, eliminate items in food categories. Needs suggestions for dealing with stress, cravings, etc.
