What does it do?
Downloaded it, asked me to create an account (why?) tried to look for a store, map didn’t work. Deleted. What does this app even do?

Sorry you had a frustrating experience. Creating a profile allows you to personalize your experience, you can select categories that interest you and see that content on the explore page, where you can add events or sales to your calendar. The app gives you real-time turn-by-turn directions throughout the mall to stores and restaurants as well as shares sales, offers and event information. We hope you will give us another try.
