Same problem as others can’t use the service because the app doesn’t work.,continually being send back to complete my profile, and you guys know the rest, and it doesn’t send the confirmation message, please fix the problem.

Enjoy the service, but the app needs a lot of work

Like the other reviewer has mentioned, the service is cool and fun to participate in. However, I can no longer use the service because the app is unusable. I am continually being prompted to complete my profile but the button that I need to click to complete it is hidden behind the prompt. You can pull down the page to see the button appear from behind, but you cannot click it. Disappointing.

Great samples, unreliable app

Samples have been great so far and the claiming and receiving process has been seamless. However, the app (browser and mobile) is clunky and unresponsive at times. I’ve submitted my surveys multiple times on different platforms already but they continue to reappear and prompt me to complete them.
