BeWell app tracks energy and workload at work using clever research-based algorithms:
- Daily pulse tracks your workload and energy at the end of each workday
- Monthly job wellbeing questionnaire takes 30-60 seconds to complete
Start to use the BeWell app by filling in the job wellbeing questionnaire. Answer for 5 consecutive days 8 short questions at the end of your working day to evaluate your energy and wellbeing.
On Day 5 get a detailed overview of your wellbeing. Set personalised challenges to reduce your stress and explore strategies that could help. If necessary, schedule another quiz in a month to track your progress.
Ask your employer or HR manager to join BeWellWork service to get recommendations for improving leadership practices, teamwork and wellbeing for everybody in your organisation.

1. Some minor bug fixes for saving the results and refreshing the app. 2. Added data refresh cycles - if the device had unstable internet connection then occasionally our servers did not show the results properly. 3. Added support to multiple time zones in case person uses the app across various locations. We are still developing and improving the app. So in case of bugs please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to sort them out and help you out! :-)
