Missing so many pharmacies
It doesn’t list any of the nearby pharmacies where I live. I installed this app a long time ago hoping they would update the pharmacy list and still nothing. Makes it a bit useless

Shouldn’t be on the App Store
The app accepts prescription orders and indicates that they have been successfully placed with the pharmacy, but records at the pharmacy don’t exist. I’ve had this with multiple orders for multiple patients now.
This is not how an app of this nature should be designed and it’s causing patient risk.

Good, but not without faults
This app is very easy to use, I order my prescriptions regularly through this app.
However, I have 16 notifications that I cannot find, or remove.
I cannot change my address for delivery.
And I cannot order a prescription for a medication I don’t take regularly, but still need to take.
Otherwise, this app works fine. Just needs a bit of fine tuning

You simply cannot clear notifications on this app; every month they just keep increasing. I have been through every area & have tried everything. I have even tried to contact the developers but nothing.
Convenient!
This is an excellent method of reviewing the need for medication and, when necessary, re-ordering items in a very user friendly system.

Locked out - frustrating.
Installed but then no longer accepted password no matter how many times I went through the new password rigmarole.
Always timed out rather than accepting new code. Even went to my pharmacy who couldn’t unravel it either.
Emailed BeWell support team. Acknowledged by email but they have done nothing since. So frustrating.
I am now going to have to go back in person to AJ Hales pharmacy to request my repeat prescription.
The previous app was so simple.

I find this system extremely easy however although my wife is also on the app she cannot order prescriptions and has to do so via her nhs app
To small on screen
The box that comes up on the iPad is very small and should be a lot bigger to see

This has to be one of the most useless apps I have had the misfortune to use. Poorly thought out and invariably failing to work as intended. Would give it ZERO stars if this were possible.

There are a number of glitches with this app. It is very frustrating trying to sort it out. I don’t recommend at all. Would be great if it actually worked!
Doesn’t work.
The service does not work. I still had to contact my GP to order my prescription and then the pharmacy. Then had to collect it my self. Even though the app says it does everything for you and arranges a delivery service from the pharmacy, which I know my pharmacy offers. Both my GP and pharmacy said they heard nothing from this service about an order.

Cornwell’s Chemist app.
App appears to work ok (when using your NHS login) except for only appearing to display a maximum of 10 items when you are trying to complete an order.
