This app is a way to work the skills, internal and external, that create empowerment and confidence in a world that can be dangerous and also just uncomfortable at times. Mia’s classes have deeply changed my relationship with self defense. I now understand all the layers of awareness that are involved. I am so excited she has created this app to make it easier to access the skills and practices!
