Beyond Glasses

A little more time outside. A few gentler screen habits. A place to keep track of your eyes. Beyond Glasses is a quiet companion for everyday eye wellness, with a school-inspired space to learn, practice, and grow. MAKE ROOM FOR SMALL HABITS Take a guided distance break, set optional break reminders, and log outdoor time. Choose an outdoor goal that fits your day and watch your garden grow as you return to your habits. KEEP YOUR OWN NOTEBOOK Record eye exams, prescriptions, and how your eyes feel. Review your activity in the Log, export your notebook, or delete it whenever you choose. LEARN WITH CONTEXT Explore short articles about near work, time outdoors, and common eye-care topics. Evidence labels and source links help you distinguish everyday wellness advice from questions to discuss with an eye-care professional. CHOOSE YOUR VIEW Make Me your own with 16 nature views, from forests and coastlines to grasslands and deserts. Pick a favorite or let the app choose automatically. Tap a photo to view it full screen, including in landscape. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, ads, or tracking. Your notebook is stored on your iPhone and may be included in backups you manage with Apple. Photos are bundled in the app. Notifications are optional. Beyond Glasses is for wellness and education. It does not diagnose or treat eye conditions, replace an eye exam, or promise changes to your vision. Looking at an on-screen photo is not a substitute for looking into the distance or spending time outdoors. For questions about symptoms, prescriptions, or treatment, consult a qualified eye-care professional.
