Old Generation App
UI of the app is horrible not properly compatible with IOS. Very old generation app. Also very dissatisfied with this company as the payout option is miserable. Taking 4-5 day to transfer the fund to bank account without proper update.
Worst application
Reset mpin and password again and again after regular interval is irritating to use this application. I will also close my account with nirmal bang.
Very bad app
You can’t track your investment properly, it’s more than a month now I’m not finding the added amount I need to transfer back. Need serious improvement. It’s not a notice app but a web app so very bad experience
Reports and portfolio page not opening
I have tried for many days but the report and portfolio page is not opening. Do something about this

Too many lagging in said application. Number of times you want to uninstall and reinstall. No any quick respond and they not get properly updated to own with market requirements. So many times I facing issue of login credentials. Many time such application shows no any holding in said application. So don’t waste your time with said application.

The Uses
The wrost broker in my life , this app charge 20 ruppes per one lot at a time but other all brokers charged 20 ruppes for all buying lot in at a time . Also this app has no any type of security for the balance . This app is so slow for trading

Wasted app I use this app for 1 year above This heavily charge for futures and options it tooks 100₹ per lot for option trading this is very disgusting I recommend don’t use this app
Unreliable app - This app is a scare
App shows random any price for the stocks in the portfolio. For me, it randomly showed to me rates fallen by 8-10% while in reality the stocks were either same or risen high.
App is not reliable at all.. though transaction wise it is fluent, such errors may cause huge mental and financial pain to the customers.

Need a fix
Can’t save chart parameters. With every login you have to set chart parameters again,real time consuming and irritating for a trader. Secondly in futures details there’s no datails about margin requirements. Really frustrating..
Worst IPV and KYC
Even after repeatedly giving documents they keep rejecting ipv even though they just completed kyc two days back they keep rejecting it

Third class worst app ever used
I love to give Negative Star, this app is not wt all good for IOS user, its getting frozen after every 10 seconds, asking login again and again, not showing profit loss in holding/portfolio. Prices are also not properly updated for certain stocks.

Just when things were getting sorted, changed the whole view and again worst data given to the user. I already have todays profit/loss, ltp is also giving same %age. Whats the point of ltp then. It should give me overall +/- from my buy price
Very Very Very Bad Technical Analysis
Very poor technical analysts in currency segment. You can check their currency calls on official telegram. More than 90-% of their trades hit stop loss. They are only interested in generating brokerage no matter if customer incur consistent losses. Switch to someone else since their advisory is below average anyways

Very bad UI
The new UI is really bad and over complex to understand. They didn’t even carry the basic features from the old app. Also, the font size is too small and can’t customise.
Good development
New ordering facilities like GTT, multileg and spread orders introduced. Waiting for long for this facilities. Tutorials on how to order multileg and spread orders can be made available.
