I don’t know what on Earth is causing this app to crash giving “internal error” message all the time!!

Huge disappointment
This app gets worse with every update, it takes time to add beneficiaries, the new update made me delete them in order to recreate them and it gives error after error and customer service is bad.

Latest update renders the app useless - can’t login, if you’re ever successful at getting in, everything then encounters an issue.

Time wasting app!!!
You may get dressed & visit a bfc store better for you from wasting 2 hours trying to make it work & it keeps giving you an error after an error!! So disappointed!
Disaster application
The new updated version deleted all the personal information and never allow me to update my account and even not save the new information entered . I called the customer service to solve the issue but they are useless, unable to help. Be careful with this application they will take your personal information but you will not gain any services from them.

App crashes
When sending money abroad using BenefitPay, the app crashes after it deducts the money and it doesn’t show that there’s a transaction. It takes hours to call and get a hold of a customer service agent. This issue has not been addressed for months.
