Can’t log in
Absolutely trash. Can’t log in no matter what I’ve tried. Remove the app that doesn’t work already
It wont connect
So i have snapchat and Bitmoji and i connect my bitmojo to the snap chat but it just wont connect and keep asking me to connect my Bitmoji to snapchat while its already connected i was so excited to use it and recommend it to my friends but now iam just disappointed
Useless
It’s NOT made for your watch even thought it will take up space on watch. Constantly says you have to connect with your phone. This is definitely NOT an app that can be used on your watch, cause it’s useless unless you constantly keep it connected to your phone.

Hi Umanjr, thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. We have since released a newer version of the App that addresses a number of issues that have lead to crashes in the past.
Requires Snapchat
I have never seen an app require Snapchat- mot to mention it being the only option but I am not interested in using that and never have been so this app is useless.
It won’t open!
I have a Bitmoji…maybe there needs to be a way to connect from there! I’ve started a Snap (which I really didn’t want) because this app looks interesting but I’m still having trouble connecting. I’ve hit log in and all it does is count down…
Sounds fun, but watch users only
I wanted to use this with my friends, since they have iPhones and we like to just ping each other occasionally for fun, but sadly they don’t have watches and it’s watches only :(

Thanks for your interest in our app! You can use BFF on your iPhone, even if you do not have a watch. The recommended Bitmojis may not be as accurate, but you can still pair with a friend and send Bitmojis from the iPhone app. Hope you check it out and let us know what you think! :)
