What the heck happened?!
Bumble BFF used to be good, but now it’s full of people either aren’t consistent in communication or they want something questionable.
New App is horrible!
Why change the old Bumble Friends interface if going to be worse.? Old one was intuitive, easy to use and didn’t have bugs . I have uninstalled the new BFF app multiple times since moved us to this new app. And now I’m done! If going to change things give us improvements!

I changed my profile pic and they said it wasn’t me
I literally changed my profile pic to a photo of me -I never wear makeup it’s not like it changed the way I look or was catfishing and the app freaked out and took my account down wtf

Hate the new app, I wish you could still filter for relationship status, race, drinking etc.
Can’t log In after update
after getting a new phone and redownloading the app I could no longer log in, even after contacting support (that gets back to you after 2 + months) I still did not get a fix for it, all I get is the something went wrong please try again later error with no error code or explanation.
Loses the plot a bit
On paper all the good stuff is there but it feels harder to make friends. As someone who’s successfully made some great friends on this app, the new update feels like it puts too many distractions on everyones plate. The groups are absolutely overwhelming and it’s harder and harder to match with anyone or start a conversation. There was a golden period somewhere in 2023-4 but the current version isn’t it

Bring back filtering by interests
you can barely scroll through any profiles, can’t filter by interests, it was better when it was on bumble
Waste of time
The group meetups are horrible.. barely anyone shows up. Chats are bland and no one ever wants to actually hang out. Been on here for a year and it’s horrible. Deleted my profile today and will try something else. Not to mention they allow men on here so they are always trying to add you and talk.
Need to match my phone settings
The text size is so tiny. I have the text size on my phone turned up a bit, and I think your app should match the phone settings.
The app is not working
I had this app previously and it was hard making friends so I ended up deleting my account and the app. Still, I did want to give it another try so I tried to sign up but it said “something went wrong” I tried to sign in to my email and it’s still not working and I tried to log in, and guess what again it’s still not working. So I guess making friends just wasn’t on my side.

Can’t import
I have tried to set this app up a couple times over the years and every time it’s something. This time it’s not allowing me to import my Bumble profile even though my number is verified on my Bumble account, like the support article says. It asked me for my phone number and once I confirm it, it asked me to start filling out profile information like how old I am, what my name is, and my photos. I spent 20 minutes on the regular Bumble app setting up my profile because I thought that it was still combined, just to find out that it’s not. I go to upload one photo to see if maybe the import step is later and the one photo can’t even upload. It just keeps loading loading loading and then fails. It’s a clear selfie of my face that I took today so there should be no issue. So I can’t even get past the set up stuff to see what’s next. I don’t need friends that bad!

This app is full of bullies! Also the people I have met have all been super mean, or rude, or just so creepy that u thought I was being punked. Awful app with awful people. It’s sad my last ditch effort to making friends made me feel even more alone than I do now. So now I am alone and lost all hope. Life sucks.

Ridiculous
This app is so ridiculous and that’s an understatement. I added pictures to my profile that it gives little prompts for and because I posted the backs of my family’s head near the water (because that’s what I photograph is the ocean ) it got removed for violating their terms ? Yet I see plenty of people posting infants and children all over the place??

Creating Account Issue
I have tried to create an account for the past year and every time I try to make one, the code is in valid and doesn’t let me proceed to create the account.
