Greyed out login

Downloaded the app. Installed it and it refused to let me submit when creating an account. Ok, no problem l’ll open up the website. Works a treat! Created account and logged in. Go the app after restarting device and try to login with my known good credentials to get the same greyed out login box. Sad.

Server Times Out

Downloaded the app. Tried signing up but the server keeps timing out. Tried multiple times throughout the day and on multiple different phones.

Can’t search coordinates??

Purchased $35 subscription only to find that you cannot search coordinates in the map… on an off-road app! Apple Maps searches coordinates without issue

Super easy to use. I Love it!!

I love how easy this app is to use. Within a 3 clicks I am tracking my trails for future returns. I will only use OnTrail for navigating my trails!!
