Does NOT work
I have tried to get this app to work for years and it never lets me in regardless of how many times I change my password. The customer service can’t figure it out and I can’t figure it out. Please do something about this finally!!!
Terrible app - would give zero stars if possible.
This app is a nightmare for non primary account holders (guess that is why there is a class action lawsuit against BFSFCU on behalf of joint account holders)
Over the years - I have not been able to add credit or debit cards except for twice by going to BFSFCU HQ. Was impossible to add cards for our teen as well.
The two step authentication requires going through phone and email contacts of the primary card holders. Then the code is treated as invalid anyway.
We have wasted so much time on phone with card holder services trying to sort this out.
Brings new meaning to the word non user friendly app

Horrible
Quite possibly the most frustrating app I’ve ever had. I can never login. It’s supposed to be a convenience app to lock and unlock your card but it’s useless when I can’t even log in to unlock the card when I need it. So many bugs and glitches, I don’t know what they’re doing pushing out new updates when it only makes the app worse.

Needs major overhaul
Often times it doesn’t let you log into the app at all, due to some error. The company needs to hire a new developer and re-develop it from the ground up. It’s been bad too long
Log in issues
Half of the time I try to log in the app gives me error messages “it looks like there is a problem on our end. It is not your fault. Please try again in a little while”. Unfortunately this is a consistent problem that can last for days until the app works again.
