Long overdue. The last nearby store has closed its doors. This effectively makes this app useless. Down from 5 stars to 2.

Having tried a variety of apps for different eateries, this app is my fav. I’m able to see the menu and see the total amount without having to commit to a payment form. The absence of a glaring white background is a plus. And very much appreciate the occasion free perk. And ease of use.

Doesn't work in airport locations
Why? I can't redeem points or order for Boston Logan Airport with this app. Dunkin Donuts a minute walk away let's you use their app for orders. Starbucks too.
I'm a frequent flyer often flying through terminal A in Boston and love the locations outside of it, but no support for their airport locations is unacceptable.

Ugh
Used to be a decent app, now unusable.
Gift Cards and rewards are broken
There’s no way to use an existing gift card balance that’s already in the app towards an order. I can only add a new gift card during checkout, not use one I already have on the app. What’s the point of storing it then?
New version erased my info
My payment info and order history have been deleted with the new version of the app rolled out 5 days ago.
