Long overdue. The last nearby store has closed its doors. This effectively makes this app useless. Down from 5 stars to 2.

Having tried a variety of apps for different eateries, this app is my fav. I’m able to see the menu and see the total amount without having to commit to a payment form. The absence of a glaring white background is a plus. And very much appreciate the occasion free perk. And ease of use.

Doesn't work in airport locations
Why? I can't redeem points or order for Boston Logan Airport with this app. Dunkin Donuts a minute walk away let's you use their app for orders. Starbucks too.
I'm a frequent flyer often flying through terminal A in Boston and love the locations outside of it, but no support for their airport locations is unacceptable.

Ugh
Used to be a decent app, now unusable.
Gift Cards and rewards are broken
There’s no way to use an existing gift card balance that’s already in the app towards an order. I can only add a new gift card during checkout, not use one I already have on the app. What’s the point of storing it then?
New version erased my info
My payment info and order history have been deleted with the new version of the app rolled out 5 days ago.
Update broken
New app won’t let me enter any of my credit card #s

Apple Pay
Apple Pay is not working, I couldn’t redeem any rewards because well, I couldn’t pay. I couldn’t redeem any rewards in store because it’s only online. Service is going downhill that’s probably why they’re closing stores. Apps are not being updated. Ugh
Can’t edit your cart
My wife changed her mind about why she wanted, but there was no way to remove an item from the cart. I accidentally ended up ordering both items for her. Once you place your order, there isn’t a way to cancel (for example, the Clover app allows you to cancel with 60 seconds of ordering).

Absolutely smack, not much better there in Stuyvesant Plaza, if at all !! Very good prices, great options, whilst keeping it healthy and hearty !! Great quick lunch, and prepared in 10 minutes , if that !! Pickup or ordering to eat in, always a delicious option !
Still no ApplePay?
I just downloaded this app and Apple Pay came up as an option (seemed more like a default). But, then I got a message that B.Good doesn’t use Apple Pay. I don’t want my cc directly stored, so will remove the app.
What happened to Apple pay?
Loved using the app, suddenly Apple Pay isn’t working? That is my preferred way to pay.

Apple Pay stopped working.
I've always place my orders via Apple Pay and today it stopped working and I got a notice saying Apple Pay is not supported on the app. Is this a new policy or an error?

Burgers not the same as previously
We usually love the burgers, but today the beef was dried out, overdone and tasteless.

The app is easy to use and the food is top notch and healthy.
Good food, order usually messed up
Just this store, you know how pick up is. They bag it and expect you to walk away without looking that the order is right. So they don’t care. It’s never right. It’s not like they are busy. No one else is there. They are probably stoned.

I order from being good at least three days a week from my office. I don’t love the new menu, but I work with it. The zucchini spaghetti with eggplant meatballs was out of this world. So was the kale line cilantro warm salad. Both are gone. The cauliflower it was a great addition.

My husband and I frequent our local B.good. We order via your app. However there is no tip feature when ordering. Please enhance your app by including a tip feature similar to the one Starbucks has on their app. Your people deserve it!!
