Numbering for each Chapter

everything is excellent, it would be more helpful if you can give number beside each chapter like 1,2,3 till 18.
because its easy to refer sloka for example, 16 th chapter 18 th verse.

Too frequent ads

After the latest upgrade, too many ads disturbing the flow of reading defeating the very purpose. Reduce it at least for the reading part.
