After adding my debit card to the app I tried to add $25 to my smartcard balance but the box wouldn’t highlight, so I selected the $50 and it did highlight and pop up, so I reselected the $25 and then it seemed to work as the amount then popped up in the window for the amount I wanted to transfer, but ended up taking $50 out of my account. I understand this is a new app so I went to their support link and emailed them a description of my issue and asked for a credit back. The email didn’t seem valid because I tried to send and it just got kicked back. I looked for a phone number online but couldn’t find one. I tried to remove my card as a payment method and can’t even seem to do that. This app is glitchy and seems to be poorly developed as there is very limited access for the person using it, not to mention there is zero customer support.
