New season pass system
Love the fact that we finally joined all the amenities to offer discounts in many areas.
The new system makes a lot of sense. Thank you.

What a retreat!
I joined my husband last weekend at the lodge, while he attended a men’s retreat. The weather cooperated beautifully and I spent five hours on Saturday riding my bike on the beautiful trails, taking in the scenic stops, including the pioneer cabin, Butterfly House, Discovery Center, Cason’s Garden, and the peaceful Callaway Chapel. I attended the birds of prey show and the symphony on the beach later in the evening. It was an all-around delightful weekend! Bravo!

No Reservations and Event Tickets
This app is practically useless. It doesn’t have your reservation info nor does it house your digital tickets for events like Fantasy of Lights (which are sent via email as a pdf and they suggest you print out). It’s one of the millions of useless vanity apps that outmoded companies and resorts create to seem current— yet all it does is prove just how outdated they are.

Incomplete
This app is way too incomplete for the staff to be suggesting we install it on arrival as if it is some sort of concierge or replacement for them knowing things. When we asked questions at check in we were told ‘install the app’ as if I didn’t come here for a digital detox weekend away from all this kind of cultural crap going on in Atlanta… smh. My wife tried it and we were both super frustrated as it’s a poor mapping app and that’s about it.
Times for events at attractions were standard but not updated for the changes of that day (which is what is important) and cancellations did not show… something a 4-5 star converge at a lodge charging $350/night should know, but doesn’t.
The app did not have menus or click to call phone numbers for attractions or a chat bot concierge for real time help, which would have been nice because at every attraction we went to the person at the desk held a phone to their ear and ignored us (I think they were faking being on a call as a majority of the staff seem to be ‘quiet quitting’), so a good chatbot could have been a welcome alternative. If callaway is still struggling in late 2023 to find decent staff after covid, then maybe they should invest in an app and a manager who can keep it up to date with real time info from the entire park so we aren’t all let down by staff who don’t know and don’t care - but this app in its current form is nothing more than a map with out of date info.

The app is okay could use work
The app is okay it provides enough information that you don’t have to go to the website, however-this app would be much better if you could sign in and view your membership details & virtual cards.
