I have had a very disappointing experience with the Bharat Taxi app
What makes it worse is the lack of transparency in pricing. Customers should know exactly what they are paying for, but with Bharat Taxi, the charges seem unreasonable and inconsistent. Despite paying such high fares, the quality of service is not noticeably better than other platforms. Drivers and vehicles are generally average, so there is no justification for such excessive pricing.
I have compared fares multiple times with other cab services, and Bharat Taxi has consistently been the most expensive option. This has happened repeatedly, making me lose trust in the platform. I believe customers deserve fair and competitive pricing, not inflated charges every time they need a ride.
Based on my personal experience, I would recommend that people compare prices carefully before booking through Bharat Taxi. Unless the company improves its pricing policies and becomes more transparent, I cannot recommend this app to others. Overall, my experience has been frustrating, and I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and works on providing better value for money.

As per this I don’t think customers will download the application of Bharat taxi if public is getting cheaper and better services then why should we download the new app.

Missing features
2) Driver rating should also show total number of trips taken by the driver to give a better sense of the rating. (This feature is already there in Uber)

Worst user experience
This feels completely unfair and unprofessional. A platform like this should protect users from such practices instead of allowing them. There is no proper customer support to handle these issues, and no accountability for drivers who misuse the system.

Bharat taxi vs rapido
However, on Rapido I was able to reduce the price and book the ride at a lower fare. Because of this feature, I chose Rapido.
Since Bharat Taxi does not charge commission like some other platforms, its final price should ideally be more competitive. But currently, the fare appears higher and there is no option to negotiate or adjust the price.
It would be great if Bharat Taxi could introduce a feature to match or adjust prices like Rapido. This would help customers choose Bharat Taxi more often.

PATHETIC SERVICES OF BHART TAXI PRIORITY RENTAL IN NEW DELHI.👎
I booked a three-hour priority rental in the morning as I was heading to the hospital. Initially, I received confirmation within a minute, but the booking was automatically cancelled without explanation. My next booking was assigned to a different driver, who called to ask about my destination and waiting time. After I clarified that it was a three-hour rental with waiting involved, he disconnected the call and cancelled the booking. Subsequently, another driver was assigned, but the arrival time and distance kept increasing, making the service unreliable. After multiple failed attempts, I had no choice but to book an Uber Black rental, which worked seamlessly without any issues.
This sequence of cancellations and delays caused significant inconvenience and frustration, especially given the urgency of my hospital visit. A BIG 👎

Worst Service
On top of that, I was dropped around 1 km away from my actual destination, causing unnecessary inconvenience.
When I raised this issue with customer support, no proper explanation or corrective action was provided. The response was neither helpful nor satisfactory.
Overall, this is poor service, wrong fare calculation, and lack of customer support.
I do not recommend this app. Not worth it.

Disappointed with High Prices / Pricing Transparency
The taxi fares are much higher even more expensive than other taxi apps.
This feels misleading,!deceptive, Instead of helping customers, it seems like Bharat Taxi has been launched just to overcharge / loot customers / fool people.
I would not recommend / strongly discourage using this app for anyone looking for fair pricing / honest service / transparency. Thanks

Categories Incorrect, Unsafe Payment Method
For the Payments, I am being asked to pay through UPI or cash, which is unsafe as I am exposing my contact number to each driver I will be taking ride to.
Hence this application is currently not safe to use as this application is made for Drivers not for customer.

2. What’s the pickup fees for?
If this covers charges to reach me, i would like to control the radius of search to make it 0.
3. What do you mean “driver can quote extra charges wrt traffic”. The app could put in situations I don’t want to be in.
One driver on 23Dec used this app in parallel with ola to measure my fare. He claimed I can pay this fare instead of ola even if it’s low. I don’t want to risk it and said let’s freeze the amount to 250. The final fare on this app shows 350 after my trip. Big uncertainty.
