Drivers and vehicles are generally average, so there is no justification for such excessive pricing. I have compared fares multiple times with other cab services, and Bharat Taxi has consistently been the most expensive option.
This has happened repeatedly, making me lose trust in the platform. I believe customers deserve fair and competitive pricing, not inflated charges every time they need a ride.
Based on my personal experience, I would recommend that people compare prices carefully before booking through Bharat Taxi.
Unless the company improves its pricing policies and becomes more transparent, I cannot recommend this app to others.
Overall, my experience has been frustrating, and I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and works on providing better value for money.

Please launch Bharat Taxi services in Kerala as soon as possible! We strongly support promoting our own indigenous services over foreign apps like Uber. Replacing these private platforms with Bharat Taxi will ensure fair pricing for passengers and better earnings for drivers.
Also, please launch the Bharat Taxi Driver App on iOS so that drivers using iPhones can easily register and drive for the platform. Looking forward to seeing Bharat Taxi operational in Kerala very soon! 🚖🇮🇳
