Great service, glitchy app!
HOWEVER!
The big caveat is their glitchy app. While it has improved in some aspects in recent updates (location tracking is now better), the app has an infuriating tendency to match you with a driver BUT THEN NOT SHOW IT! This creates a frustrating experience each time where I'm left waiting and frustrated that I've not found the ride. Then I end up picking up a ride on another platform, and I get a call from a driver who says he's been waiting for me for some time, but which I cannot see on the app. I then have to restart the app to be able to cancel the ride, leaving both me and the driver extremely frustrated.

The fixed fare display is actually a security feature on our end to protect users from arbitrary fare changes during the ride. That said, we completely understand your concern about route deviations and we'll make sure your feedback is shared with our team to work on a better solution.
