Can no longer use the app
I used to like the app until I could no longer use it because my phone is not up to date enough.

I can not get into my account
I am traveling and NEED TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT. It is telling me I need to update and I don’t have a new phone!!!!!!

Any time I need to see my balance the app is either down or needs an update. Never fails.

Convenient!
I can’t drive, so this app is a must have for me. I use it virtually every day to do everything, from just checking my balances, to any transactions I need to do. If you’re a BHCCU Member you should have this app because it will save you money and time.
Remote Deposit Issues
Depositing checks are more difficult than EVER before. I don’t like the difficulty NOW.

Clunky
I appreciate having the app but it’s very clunky compared to my previous financial institution’s app (moved out of state so needed to change). Also, why no Zelle? Not everyone likes having their account linked to mine or use Venmo to transfer money.
Phased out older IOS versions.
For some reason this app was updated to force anyone who doesn’t have a new iPhone to upgrade just to use the app. (ios 16)
Prior to the change the app worked fine. Since the app is the only way to do remote deposits I can no longer do them at all and have to go in to a physicial location to deposit checks. 👎

Never had issues. Functions well.
Unfair practice
BHCCU Closed the downtown Kenosha branch while every road was in construction around the west branch (Hwy 50 and Hwy 32. You could not get to them. Then when you make a deposit using the app they hold any amount over $225 for three business days. I just got dinged $34 last week while my money was pending on a deposit I make EVERY two weeks for the last three years!!

Frustrating
I am not happy with the new App. The passcodes are ridiculous and tedious. Even though I shut down the privacy for this App., which alone is crazy, but I always have to get a passcode no matter what I do & with 2 accounts it’s even more tedious!! This new App. has made online banking so much more frustrating & time consuming!!
