Unable to approve UPI payment/check balance
Hi Team,
Hope you are doing well. I don’t know what App development team as my experience is worst with Axis UPI app. Unable to approve any UPI payment and no balance check. App is not working properly. Poor experience with this app.
Could you please release some bug fixes/ hot fixes or App updates so al least we can perform sole basis tasks?

USA Mobile Support
When you try to activate the service on USA issued mobiles, it is trying verify the mobile number by sending an activation message to the “local” number as if it is an India issued mobile number. It is a basic common sense to include country code when trying to send a verification message. How hard it is to include +91 in front of a delivery address for verification messages. PhonePe figured it out!

UPI registration keeps failing
In spite of directly connecting to the wireless network and sending SMS from registered phone number, it keeps saying send the SMS from 10 digit phone number!. Tried all settings bye from iPhone and it still doesn’t work. If axis really is looking to help its customers to use this app, better fix all these glitches and more.

Can’t connect
I’m trying to connect, but the SMS is going out with UK country code and not India. So, obviously not connecting.

even after downloading the latest version; pop up still comes up saying there a new version and so many glitches. Apps should be released after pilot testing.. such a waste of time trying to use this app :( there is no 0 star option
Doesn’t work for NRO/NRE account
I’m using my registered international phone number for the NRO/NRE account with Axis, and this app keeps telling me to update to the latest even though I just downloaded it from the app store.

Not receiving Otp or any confirmation message to move forward for NRI customers.
App redirects to AppStore post upgrade
After upgrading to latest version in apple 13 pro gets redirected to app store to to use latest which I believe bug.
Dose not work
Tried setting up this app for 10 times and always getting the same error message that not able to send SMS and each time you need to 24 hours to try again, so uninstalled.
Unable to enable BHIM UPI
First of all, it is ridiculous that it wants to disable Wi-Fi to connect to their servers, and after that the connection never takes place, which is even more frustrating.

I recently updated my axis pay app and the new version works perfectly for me .
Not working
I tried multiple times to use app, when i tried to check balance or approve any transaction and after entering UPI PIN, app says SORRY YOUR REQUEST COULD NOT BE PROCESSED.

It is very disappointing to experience a reputed bank like you gives a pain. I would urge people not to opt Adi’s bank at any point in time so later they face worst support. They take documents the application, initiate process but no end to end follow up. Impact our cibil for no reason and later they say due to a mistake from their team we have submit the documents again. Lacks with ownership and responsibility! Nandini, VenuGopal, Raghavendra n Raghu all this champs are worth a liability to your company. I was shocked to there responses to my questions as they promise it and next movement they forget it!! Multiple times gave chances understanding work load but no this is an act of behaviour issues.

No NRI support
Axis touts wealth management for NRI's but still doesn't offer UPI registration from foreign numbers or support NRO or NRE accounts for UPI apps.
App is degrading in quality
App just doesn’t work… Starting from always showing random error message about account. Now just no button/link can be clicked, staring from list of beneficiaries to payment.
