Worst app ever
It literally took more than hours just to login and keep popping up cannot be connected,seriously?🧐🙄. If there was an option would rate negative, 1 star is also too much fir this app.

I really want to give this app a zero rating, but that’s not possible. This is one of the worst app design that I have ever used- it consumes so much of time while giving zero satisfaction and maximum frustrations.
What makes is more frustrating is that many governments services now require this app for important tasks.

World worst app
This app treats getting basic documents security clearance like applying to manage a Swiss vault while launching a NASA satellite on the side.
Still migrating
Have tried on weeks and weeks end, the migration thing is still migrating and it suddenly closes the app. Could someone please upload a video on how to do this thing correctly or the way it can work? Really frustrated. Seems like Bhutan NDI is used pretty much for everything and our IT guys are keeping us locked out. I think everyone got an issue and it has been so for the longest I can remember.

Non functional
Why do something that doesn’t even function becomes mandatory for availing other services? The non functioning service blocks all other services rendering them all non functional. Great job RGOB and DGPC

Worst ever Apps- terrible apps -backup took me a whole day yet couldn’t complete. What a waste of resources.

Completely unusable app. I can’t even log in — the app either fails to load or gets stuck at the login screen. This is supposed to be an essential government service, yet basic functionality doesn’t work at all. It honestly feels like the developers are just sitting around doing nothing while government funds are being wasted on an app that doesn’t work. Extremely frustrating experience. This needs serious fixing and proper accountability.

I keep getting a “preparing the service” error. The app is unstable, frustrating to use, and the UI is not good.

Doesn’t work well
Keeps showing up as an error. Cant even enter the birth date correctly. You can click one number but it enters a completely different number. I have yet to get past the starting page because it keeps saying error when validating my data
Unable to backup
As soon as I login, it asks for backup. After initiating it, it keeps failing and cannot return to home. Tried several times. It’s simple a bug waste of our time and your investment. Sad to see such project failing by DHI. And I’m scared where would we lead our country digitally if this is the case. :(

Worst App Ever
I was asked to update the app and prompted me to merger my information. Tried since a month ago and still not able to proceed further. Says “migration unsuccessfully”. Why make us use this app if you cannot fix the issue. It is a nightmare.
