BIAS-ARCH

BIAS-ARCH reads two sides of how you move through relationships: what you reach for, and how you receive. The two sides are independent of each other. The BIAS module reads the four longings you reach for: Belonging, Importance, Agency, and Security. It takes about sixteen to eighteen minutes and asks you about your current patterns under different conditions. When you finish the BIAS side, you receive a BIAS reading and you can stop there or continue. The ARCH module reads the four ways you receive trust from others: Heart, Abilities, Counsel, and Regularity. It takes about eight to ten minutes. When you finish the ARCH side, you receive an ARCH reading that you can see alongside your BIAS reading. The two readings are two separate views of the same person. Not one combined profile. Two separate views of two separate aspects of life. You can take the modules in either order, and we recommend taking both to get a more complete picture of how you move through relationships.
