Missing the key features
Two things: 1. Cannot check the credit/debit details on this app. Only the total balance. Which isnt really helpful 2. Cannot produce the proof of transfer in pdf file unlike the browser version. Screenshot doesnt help too because it doesnt even show the transfered amount.

Bad biz bank app!!!
App has no update, to many bugs and lagging.
User interface is very bad, and many difficulties on use. Can’t key in other characters to follow invoice. Only text and numbers which does not help when tracking our accounts for business reporting.
BIBD need to review on the interface.

Can’t press LOG In
Not able to press the LOGIN button on my Iphone X model after keying in all the details! Why is that?
cannot transfer to any other acc
there’s an option to transfer to other acc, but it can only transfer to “favourtie accounts” with no way to create favourite accounts, i have to go to bank to take money out & use cdm to deposit to my savings account, super inconvenient.

I don't see any third party transfer, except for fav transfer and own transfer.... and to buy credit online is also jot available.....pls do something about your apps. not very good!
