Lacking in updates
App is outdated, very little features and designs, slow and always buggy, still lacking of app features unlike scb SG and MY. Same goes to the atm/cdm machines here in brunei too
The worst one out there
Slow, change passwords doesn’t sync immediately, not worth the time.
UI is lacking
⭐️⭐️ In Account History, default setting in transaction means the oldest transaction is shown first. Not intuitively showing the latest transaction first means scrolling, wait for loading, until you’ve reached the latest transaction. Really long if you’ve done a lot of transactions in a short span of time. So would be great if that could be fixed. Cheers.
