My only bank is BIBD. Very convenient financial tool for everyday use. Topping up credits, electricity bills, right from my phone, easy and faster. Can even withdraw money cardless!

Not friendly for iphone user blind person

Please make a bibd app is acessible for blind user in ios.This app only more acessible in android phone but not in apple.

Unreliable app

Always crash and my biometric always dont work which result in me having to download the app repeatedly. No wonder it stays a local bank. Poor service and staff very unknowlegable . Only pro is staff is friendly and willing to help

Always reinstall

Very tedious. Keep asking to reinstall when there is problem. And the problem is not user problem but more of app problem. Thought having biometric sign in and all would make it convenient but it seems not. Hopefully they will fix the problems on not having to reinstall when service is not available and etc
