Getting multiple illegal loan messages
I’ve been getting multiple loan messages AS IN 5 to 10 text from different numbers promoting their illegal loan services right after signing up the app. Please make sure the app security is actually secure and at least protect user information especially comes from a government app. It will be hard to support local works if the the trust is broken.

Verification
Its very hard and not successful at all to verify my own account.. masalah betulah nak verify. Please update your apps .
Complicated registration
When I changed my phone, I still had significant amount of balance in the apps. The apps ‘refused’ to appear in my new phone that I had to upload a photo of me holding my IC for that complicated verification. The approval took hours. Why not just use latest photo and IC only instead of that embarrassing ‘mugshot’?

Enlarge font size for the payment amount
Kindly enlarge the font size of payment amount at the confirmation page. It is not elderly friendly and I can’t see the amount during confirmation.
Not able to verify ID
App gets stuck at verification page so am not able to set up an account. Every time have to fill in so much info, only to get to the verification page and is stuck, and have to start all over again. Seriously if you want to force everyone to use the app to pay for parking etc, at least MAKE SURE IT WORKS! Typical Malaysian attitude of doing things half hearted.
