Unable to login
Hi. Why so difficult to login and always appears error even when the password and id is correct. Said that integration with SarawakID but cannot access. How? Don’t want to accept people complaint anymore is it?
Absolutely Unacceptable App
I'm absolutely livid with the issues plaguing the Talikhidmat app. How is it possible for me to access the sarawakid portal flawlessly, yet the app refuses to recognize my username? To add insult to injury, the password reset function fails to retrieve my email. This is a basic feature, and its malfunction is a glaring oversight. It's deeply disappointing and frankly surprising to see such subpar development from a company as established as SAINS. It's unacceptable for users to grapple with such persistent problems. The government must oversee and ensure that apps designed for public use, especially those from recognized companies, maintain a certain standard. This is not just about a malfunctioning app; it's about trust, reliability, and accountability. We deserve better, and I sincerely hope urgent actions are taken to rectify these issues. If Sarawak government can develop great app like anaksarawak app why the hell is this talikhidmat app not at par at all.

Please remove from Apps Store if no plan to improve & release new updates. If the apps not ready to go live, then don’t release to public. Creating so much inconvenience & wasting data to download this rubbish. Always incorrect password even after resetting the new password.

Developer did not tend to redesigned the app UI/UX for iPhone 12/13 series.
