Not friendly for iphone user blind person
Please make a bibd app is acessible for blind user in ios.This app only more acessible in android phone but not in apple.
Unreliable app
Always crash and my biometric always dont work which result in me having to download the app repeatedly. No wonder it stays a local bank. Poor service and staff very unknowlegable . Only pro is staff is friendly and willing to help
Always reinstall
Very tedious. Keep asking to reinstall when there is problem. And the problem is not user problem but more of app problem. Thought having biometric sign in and all would make it convenient but it seems not. Hopefully they will fix the problems on not having to reinstall when service is not available and etc

Sluggish after 18.6.2
Apps lost the biometric login, and required deleting and redownloading to get it working again. Then steps taken to reenrol biometric. Did not save that setting and login in again required manual input. Operations also sluggish now when getting into other sub menus.
quickpay fail
quickpay fails to launch camera. Happens quite frequently. Is there a way to 0 star this terrible app?

There’s a ton of issues that u guys need to fix, not only your biometrics log in cant work even your normal log in needs a ton of hours of loads for it to be working.

Updated version but still have bad user interface.
Added bank transfers but the interface is just so bad.
When you add other bank account for bank transfer to favourite, the list just go on and on, to much scrolling need to look for the carefully.
And can’t edit the favourite, you will need to use web application to update it. Which also have bad interface.
