Great app for hearing the word of God

I have used this app for the last ten years. I have listened to the body of scripture several times. When I get hooked on a chapter or book, I can listen to it as many times as I need and then I move on. One of the unique experiences is finishing Revelations, hearing a short pause, and then hearing the start of Genesis! It wraps around and connects the message of the Bible wonderfully.

Love this app!

I love how there’s so many languages available, and that it reads out the Bible in the language of my choice! I also love how they recently added the new King James version audio as well! I love listening to it while I work! :D such a blessing!!!

Excellent Bible app

Surprisingly good app. A little difficult to figure out how to use the bookmarks, but that's my only complaint. Reads the Bible TO YOU so you can listen on the go, my favorite feature. I listen on my way to work, I love it!!!

The best audio Bible!

I really love Bible.is and I am sad that it is about to be discontinued. The new version “Hosanna Audio Bible” they are replacing it with is lacking the best features. The new version doesn’t auto highlight/scroll the text that the narrator is reading so it’s hard to follow along. Also, it doesn’t let you select text that you want to press “play” from, highlight, or annotate.

Best audio bible

This app is apparently being discontinued but I wanted to say this is probably the best audio bible. The voice actors and background make it engaging and easy to listen to. I’ve spent the past 4 years listening to the entire bible at least once and this app has just made listening to the bible something to look forward to. Word of God is alive so of course through this app I’ve grown so much in my knowledge of God. Thank you Bible.is and the voice actors who put in the work to make it possible.
