Hello? App support?
I paid for this app a week ago. I then got a new phone, still logged in using my same iCloud account but now it’s saying I have to pay again. I’ve sent multiple emails and still cannot get anyone to help me.

I purchased a subscription and for some reason the app would not let me login to us the subscription I purchased. I tried reaching out to the app company 2 times and have still never heard back. So now I have a year log subscription that I can’t even use.
Seems like a great app BUT…
I love the idea of this app, but I think it’s a great way to learn the Bible, especially for people my age. I have a very hard time understanding what the Bible is trying to say so it’s hard for me to read it, and I came across this while I was scrolling on my phone and I wanted to look at it, but then I realized you had to pay for it which to some people may seem like a great idea and that it’s worth it to pay that much but some people don’t have that money to spend. I can’t spend almost $60 every year for an app to help me learn about the Bible now I’m still a kid. I don’t have that money so if this was more accessible to everybody, and you didn’t have to have a fee to learn the Bible, I think it would be great because the Bible should be able to be approached by everyone with no conditions, but this only allows people who have that money to be able to spend it. Some families can’t afford to pay that much. The world is going to be very expensive and every dollar count. I hope there can be an app adjustment where it’s free for everyone and you don’t have to pay for it. It would be really awesome. I was also looking forward to be able to use this app, but I can’t because of how expensive it is.

⚠️READ THIS⚠️ so I just downloaded bible bff and this app makes you personalize your bible bff app then you cannot do anything else except for picking a speaker for your bible. You are given a 3 day trial, if you don’t accept it they will offer a free 14 day trial. Let’s say it’s your 4th day using bible bff, you will have to pay $60.00 a year… yes $60.00 so I think I might delete this app… if this app could maybe have lower features for people who don’t pay, like maybe this app could have like a deluxe version where you pay or a prime version would be better than not getting to use this app at all so… yeah thats all I have to say.

I have been sending emails and reaching out to contact someone about getting a refund for this app because I don’t like it and I have no use for it. I have not gotten a reply ever. I would never use this app. It’s all just AI generated slop.
